Finding A Property
When you are ready to begin your search, here are a few ways to find a property in one of Richmond’s oldest neighborhoods.
A.C.O.R.N.
Within the city’s oldest neighborhoods there are thousands of vacant and abandoned buildings full of potential and ready to be renovated for home and business use . However, most vacant properties are not actively listed for sale and may have unpaid debts or legal problems. If you come across such a property while driving through one of Richmond’s neighborhoods, contact A.C.O.R.N. and we will help you determine the best plan for acquiring the property. Determining ownership of the property is the most important first step in this process. Once ownership is determined, A.C.O.R.N. can help you formulate a strategy and begin the process for acquisition. Call our office at 422-2148 with the property address or send us an email us.
